Try to download and install WGW Tool manually.
1. Download the ActiveX cab file from the following link;
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=39204
2. Extract the 3 files namely LEGITCHECKCONTROL.DLL, GWFSPIDGEN.DLL and
LEGITCHECKCONTROL.INF
3. Copy the files LEGITCHECKCONTROL.DLL and GWFSPIDGEN.DLL into
c:\windows\system32.
4. Register LEGITCHECKCONTROL.DLL using the REGSVR32 LEGITCHECKCONTROL.DLL
command.
5. Copy the LEGITCHECKCONTROL.INF file into the c:\windows\inf folder and
then right click it to say Install.
6. Restart and try Validation
