WGA via Automatic Updates XP SP2

I have a question regarding the Windows Automatic Updates.

I needed to rebuild a PC after a hard drive replacement.

After installing Windows XP SP2, I set the Automatic Updates to
"Notify Me but don't automatically download or install them."

I have not been presented the option for the WGA, KB 905474.

Has WGA been pulled or otherwise?

Use IE to go to Windows Updates and you'll see it.
