Whats with KB933566 from June 2007?

Its in my taskbar waiting to be updated.

It stays at 0%.

Scan Windowsupdate, its there, but does the same thing.
(I've got the rest of the June updates).

I downloaded what I thought was the update.

Its got this in the file I downloaded

http://support.microsoft.com?kbid=933566

Which looks like it points to the 12/6/07 update.

Install it, it says its for the wrong version of IE!

I'm using XP SP2. With IE 7.

As it says on the site above, so why
wont it install?

Sounds like a MS screwup somewhere.

should be the update for your system configuration then.

I am using vista the update KB933566 is supposted to be cumulative security
update for Internet Explorer 7 in windows Vista so you should not need it
I think you are write about a ms screw up as far as I can tell it just
breaks internet explorer I have uninstalled it

In my case (WinXP SP 2), KB933566 has caused my "delete browsing history"
functions to stop working.
