What's wrong with Windows Movie Maker in Windows Vista?

My Windows Movie Maker don't work in my Windows Vista Home.
It used to in the beginning
You drag medias into it for my editing job, but it don't accept anything.
It seems I am not the only one complaining about that.
Very frustrating!
And that's the program I need most.
So many codec they are creating...should this be a codec conflict?

information with which to help you. Please post back with all pertinent
details about your system and the answer to The First Question Of
Troubleshooting: If the problem is new, what changed between the time
things worked and the time they didn't?
