Anyone ever heard of a WHEA Logger Error in Vista Home Premium 32 bit ??

Doing a google for it says pretty common issue but can't seem to find a fix
for it.

Event log shows this happening a lot........


A corrected hardware error occurred.

Error Source: Corrected Machine Check

Error Type: TLB Error

Processor ID Valid: Yes
Processor ID: 0x1
Bank Number: 2
Transaction Type: Reserved
Processor Participation: N/A
Request Type: N/A
Memory/Io: N/A
Memory Hierarchy Level: Level 2
Timeout: N/A


Machine is a new HP Pavilion DV9910US laptop.

Hi,

The logger is telling your there was a hardware error. Based on the short
bit you posted, I'd speculate that is was a ram issue. Run the memory
diagnostic tool (just type it into the search line and launch it to begin).

Did you try using the get additional help feature in the event log to
get specific help on that error? Surprisingly (I know I was) you might
actually find some specific help that way. MS now has discussion
forums behind the errors and people post pragmatic information (as
opposed to what MS usually puts in the formal diagnosis).
