Which application (.exe) is auto-update for XP3 SP3?

I am running on WinXP SP3 and using an old Firewall- Sygate - with Norton AV
and CounterSpy Anti-spyware. I could not update automatically- I noticed that
my firewall is causing that as I could update when I turned off the firewall.
However I could not identify the process (or .exe) that is the auto-update so
that I could permit it to do so automatically. Can someone please help?

If you can specify a service name, the "Automatic Updates" service is the one
downloading updates. The associated process is running the svchost.exe
executable, but so do the processes for lots of other services.

Personally, I'd recommend dropping Sygate and using Windows Firewall instead.
