What version of Windows are you running?
As for the RealTek info, you should be able to see that by looking at
the Audio component of Device Manager. Open Control Panel, then the
System applet. Probably Device Manager is located on the Hardware tab.
You may also be able to open it by typing "devmgmt.msc" on the Start/Run
line. Once you identify the audio device you may be able to find the
driver by going to
http://w3serv.realtek.com.tw/search/search.aspx and
search for that device driver.
