Which is easier and better for deploying MS patches - SMS or WSUS?

At work, we have a 64-bit workstation running MS Windows XP 64-bit.
MS SUS - Is not supported, thus we force to change our SUS to SMS or WSUS
both options requires more work.

Hi,

For pushing out security updates, SMS is much more complicated
and high-tech than WSUS...
