Which is recomended

Which one is recomended, upgrading to vista or doing a clean install. I f I
do a clean install will windows office still be on my computer? I am sorry
about haveing to ask three Q.

You can upgrade in-place, which means you can install Windows Vista and
retain your applications, files, and settings as they were in your previous
edition of Windows.

Clean install - wipe computer (start afresh).
You will then need to reinstall your applications.
