Hello,
I want to buy a new system and install a VISTA on it and start developing
some ASP>NET application. Which version of VISTA should I buy? Is there any
comparision between IIS and Apache?

Windows Vista Home Premium has IIS7, although it's not installed by default.

See http://support.teloep.org/vistaver.htm and decide for yourself.

Hello,

As far as i can see that link does not list IIS, nor does it tell you what
is different between the editions of Vista when it comes to IIS. So it
doesn't answer the question.

To do ASP.NET development i would recommend Premium, Business, Enterprise
or Ultimate, depending on the needs.

The following article explains the IIS 7 features and what is included in
which Vista edition (also see page two of that article). This article will
provide more guidance what version to select.
