Which Vista has keyboard multi layout.

Hi guys,

I am going to buy a laptop with Windows Vista,
but I am not sure which version should I buy:
Basic, Home Premium, ect ?

The reason is simple:
I want to have hebrew/arabic keyboard layout.

Currently I have Windows XP and I know that
Home version hasn't this layout
and Professional version has,
but in case of Vista I have no idea.

Help me please and extend my knowledge.

My Vista Home Premium the keyboard language option has about 16
different Arabic(country) versions as well as Hebrew(Israel)
