Dear readers,

I am running XP home, SP 2 & 3. Despite the information bulletins on the MS
website, it's hard to figure out which Windows updates you really need,
according your individual customized/configured computer and..... which
updates you should avoid in order to 'keep Big Brother Bill Gates away from
snooping in your PC'!?
It is my aim to keep my PC as basic (Windows classic) & 'stripped down' as
possible for I don't want all those bells & whistles.
Does somebody know a way, tool or information website for doing this job?

Thanks, Max.

FWIW Bill has more things to do with his time rather than monitor you
computer. Think about it. I would suggest at least getting the critical
updates.

Bill Gates is retired, and certainly has never even considered you a factor
in his schedule.
