Greetings,
Actually, the ports for these features in Netmeeting isn't random but in order to make them
work via Messenger, you need to have UPnP support (for it to obtain the external IP). The
UPnP issue is generally the major problem with connectivity.
These two features are also no longer supported as of Vista sadly.
