Hi, Paul;
What version of Windows (to include service pack level) are you using?
Since all 3 of the items you mention involve security updates, have you
updated your anti-virus data files and done a complete scan? Also check for
malware/adware items using something like AdAware.
If you have verified your system is clean, and now have used SR, it would
help if you installed each of those 3 items one at a time (!) so we could
know which one of them actually triggered the problem you saw.
