Who's really telling the truth?

Those of us that calmly document what's wrong with Vista or the rabid
mad dogs that use profanity and constant lies? Does anyone really have
to ask? Of course not, which is why it is always so easy to defeat
Frank, Yanaire and Spanky. These bozos are known liars. They hang
themselves in their twisted web of spun lies. If their method wasn't
so disgusting, their trying to paint the truth tellers as wackos would
funny, seeing these clueless mental midget mutts are always dancing in
circles.

The truth is Vista is a flop. Source: Non other than Steve Ballmer,
CEO of Microsoft. Naturally he doesn't come on and say so in so many
words, but his actions and those of other top Microsoft executives
leave no doubt. So all the noise The Three Stooges and other
apologists make,is just that; noise.

Never before in Microsoft history has the prior version of Windows, in
this case XP been extended, nor the next version to replace Vista been
put on a fast track to quickly replace it. You don't do that if the
latest version is a run away success. If 84% of Enterprise and
business users have NOT upgraded and they have NOT, and have plans to
either, then Vista is a flop. You can play all the number games you
want. The reality is the majority of Vista sales isn't in the retail
channel, but through strong-arm forcing it into boxes sold by the big
boys like Dell, HP, Sony and others. If it wasn't for those "sales"
Vista would be an expensive joke.

For all the hype Vista got, there is nothing revolutionary or even
that different between Vista and XP or the earlier NT version, other
than a face lift and unasked for "features" like the much hated UAC.

It's called marketing hype. Take the much trumped Aero. What a crock!
It's fluff. Oh wow, look at the pretty new colors. Yeah right, the
very same color schemes you CAN'T customize to pick the colors you
want, like to make the highlight on selected items in Windows Explorer
readable on all monitors. To do that you need to step back to old
"classic" XP color styles. That Aero adds some glitter is of interest
to small children and perhaps the mentally handicapped.

UAC has already been picked apart as a flop and how bad it is was
already confirmed by the most reliable source, it's two primary
authors in a Channel 9 revealing streaming video. You don't have to
look further than the two creators of UAC admitting in the interview
UAC is far from perfect and if it doesn't perform as expected saying
tell us.

Those were the two big improvements. Not my words, what Microsoft
itself decided to hype. That was until the firestorm of complaints
started to flood it. Then the WOW campaign was dropped like a hot
potato.

What's left? Nothing much. Windows dressing. Minor tweaking of the
guts and naturally a version of Windows that's more bloated than the
last by several gigabytes. Remember it "only" took Microsoft five
years and reportedly over a billion dollars to give us this bow-wow.
No wonder Microsoft's stock is floundering and Bill Gates decided to
pack it in. Microsoft isn't what it used to be. Well it hasn't been
for years. Microsoft as an investment sucks. Microsoft as a innovator
is a distant memory if they ever came up with anything original,
remember Microsoft has a habit of copying (some would say stealing)
the ideas of other companies or simply buying the company. So who's
kidding who?
