Why can I not see my posts

I posted a message about 30 mins ago. It does not display. If I do a
search within the news group then I see the header in red very briefly then
it disappears Although I do not think there is much point in this post
because it will probably not display

It did display So I will add my original post.

I have an email in my Out Box which has already been sent. If I click on it
then Windows Email says that "the message cannot be displayed because of an
unknown problem". If I right click on it and choose delete then Windows Mail
says that "an unknown problem has occurred". I have the Dutch version of
Vista Home Premium so the text of the Windows Mail messages in English might
be slightly different to my translation. How do I get rid of this message.
