why i cannot open the windows live messenger?

i always cannot open the windows live messenger. once i open it, i
always says that a problem casued the program stop working correctly
windows will close the program and notify u a solution when it i
available.

I have reloaded the program for many times, it always say so. I hav
attached the picture of the when messenger is closed. some maters ca
help me? thanks so much

I think u should to removed it out on your computer and try to install it agan
