Why can't install Xp Sp3?

System ask me for install XP SP3,i tried many times but always can't install
, The errror code always is "0x8007F0F4". Could help me to install ? Thanks!

Because Microsoft SUCKS ... especially the Windows Update program. I've been
trying to install Windows XP SP-3 and Internet Explorer 7 since 5/6/08. You
know what? F**k it! I just turned Windows Update OFF.
