Why can't i open my sharing folders?

The problem is. I can't open my sharing folders. it says "your sharing
folders aren;t yet available. Please try again in a a minute." i did so.
however, nothing happened. Upon further checking with my laptop. My laptop is
able to open the folders. So whats wrong with it? Does my computer have some
kind of bug that prevents me from opening the folder? And, with checking with
my friends, they are also able to open their sharing folders. So, please help
