Everytime when I try to update my Windows ( got Windows 64 Bit *Beta -
downloaded from microsoft.com ) comes the message that I not have the rights
to update my Windows, "only for Adminitrators" ...

but I'm logged in as an Administrator...
can anybody help... ????

It is a, Beta and there are no and probably will never be any updates.
The closest thing to updates may be a later build.

You should take issues for that OS to the 64 bit newsgroups:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserv...l/support.mspx
The Server newsgroup is the correct newsgroup.
