Why Do I Have Old Shortcuts in My Search Engine in Vista...

Yea, i have stuff that i already deleted from my computer along time ago. And
it's still shows up as a shortcut when i search for some stuff in the search
box. i'm using window vista and i would like to know how to delete all the
old shortcuts files

Open the Start Menu, and right-click on the Recent Items button, on the
right side of the Menu. Choose "Clear Recent Items List". Or you can
"Open" Recent Items, and delete items individually.
