Why does my vista keep freezing??

hey guys, well i just bought a new motherbord to a Asus P5N SLI right
and installed Vista64bit and after install it just keeps freezing and
have to just keep restarting my computer over and over again!! i don
understand all my drivers are installed everything is done accordingly
I NEEd HELP!! plzzz if any one can help plzzz do asap! thank you....

Specs:
1bg 8800gt asus
asus P5N SLI
intel pent 4 , core 2 duo E60

Make sure to go to Asus and update any motherboard drivers. Also, make sure
you have the latest video drivers for your card (if it's an add on).
