Why does Security Update Keep Re-Installing Itself?

This happens every day, even though it is already installed on my machine
running Win ME. I saw that a couple other people on this board have had the
same problem but no one has offered an explanation. Why is this happening?

And the update is ? Without providing the number of the update,
unless someone is psychic, they CAN NOT give you any help.
