i would say Sp1 is not installed completely. May be caused by your firewall
or AV program. Had same problem myself. Down Loaded and installed Stand Alone
version.

Download and Save the Stand Alone version on your computer.
Uninstall any Sp1 on your computer.
Open Controll Panel,select Programs and Features, in upper left corner check
View Installed Updates, scroll down screen to Windows Updates, and look for
Service Pack Update For Microsoft Windows (KB936330). If it is there Click on
it and uninstall it.
You may want to do this in Sfe Mode to be Safe, but should work ok anywhere.
Turn off your AV. Run the instalation program. Takes awhile.
