Why does using Anonymizer cause error 0x80072F76?

I am able to avoid error 0x80072F76 only by turning off Anonymizer. Does MS
require a non-anonymous IP to go along with their data about peoples'
computers? Is there more to the MS use of the data then determining what
downloads you need? I have not had this problem with any other site or page
on the internet!

Have you asked or checked at the Anonymizer web site?

Yes, there is nothing there. In fact there is very little there about
anything. Maybe they want to be very anonymous. But, I should sent them an
email about this.
