Why Installation Update after restart never done

My notebook with windows vista home premium..

I'm install all of windows update, and now if I want turn into windows..

always say Installation update.. 3of 3 progress 0%
Don't turn of your computer..

but, 0% never being 100% and always shown if I boot my windows vista..

please help me, what should I do to solve my problem..

after updating my windows player 11 my system kept telling to restart as
administrator or group of administrator. thanks.

ANd have you done so?
