Hello,

The ram is being filled up by Superfetch. It preloads data that it
thinks you need to have it ready for you. This will help explain it
more.

This will show you how to help improve the performance of Vista.

Wanting to minimize the amount of memory Windows uses is a
counterproductive desire. Windows is designed to use all, or nearly
all, of your memory, all the time, and that's good not bad. Free
memory is wasted memory. You paid for it all and shouldn't want to see
any of it wasted.

Windows works hard to find a use for all the memory you have all the
time. For example if your apps don't need some of it, it will use that
part for caching, then give it back when your apps later need it. In
this way Windows keeps all your memory working for you all the time.

> and it like runs so slow.

That's not the reason it runs slowly.

> it used to run really fast when first run this laptop.

A sudden slowdown is often an indication of infection by a virus or
spyware. What anti-spyware and anti-virus programs do you run? Are
they up to date? I recommend that you begin troubleshooting by
ensuring that you are malware-free. Go to MVP Malke's malware removal
site at
http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/...moving_Malware and
follow the instructions there.

Ouch! Please don't yell at us. We can hear you if type normally, in
mixed case.

If you can't follow the instructions there, my guess is even stronger
that your problem is malware infection. I don't mean to be insulting,
but you're clearly a beginner at this. Beginners are more likely to
get infected than experienced users, and beginners will find it harder
to solve problems and fix things themselves. I recommend that you get
professional help (not from "the geek squad" or other big box
equivalent, but from a competent local consultant or recommended small
shop).

If my guess is right that you are infected, it has nothing to do with
Vista being easy to use or not. It has to do with your not having
practiced safe hex, which is a necessity regardless of what operating
system you use.

> DO YOU KNOW WHERE I CAN DOWNLOAD THAT

There's no such program. A clean install is a procedure, not a
program. All it means is reinstalling Windows from scratch. "Clean"
means without keeping anything presently on the drive.

Again, it sounds to me like you need the assistance of a professional.
If you attempt to solve the problem yourself, you are likely to make
it worse, not better.

Don't reply to this idiot. His problem is that he has taken too many drugs.

To turn off the footer thing, is bend over and place head firmly where the
sun doesn't shine. That will help with your problem. Make sure to take
even breaths as you don't want to hyperventilate.

Just FYI
