Ouch! Please don't yell at us. We can hear you if type normally, in
mixed case.

If you can't follow the instructions there, my guess is even stronger
that your problem is malware infection. I don't mean to be insulting,
but you're clearly a beginner at this. Beginners are more likely to
get infected than experienced users, and beginners will find it harder
to solve problems and fix things themselves. I recommend that you get
professional help (not from "the geek squad" or other big box
equivalent, but from a competent local consultant or recommended small
shop).

If my guess is right that you are infected, it has nothing to do with
Vista being easy to use or not. It has to do with your not having
practiced safe hex, which is a necessity regardless of what operating
system you use.

There's no such program. A clean install is a procedure, not a
program. All it means is reinstalling Windows from scratch. "Clean"
means without keeping anything presently on the drive.

Again, it sounds to me like you need the assistance of a professional.
If you attempt to solve the problem yourself, you are likely to make
it worse, not better.
