why vista have many compatiblity issues?

when i installed softwares/applications some could be installed an
almost of my favorites applications are not installe? Is there somebod
can help me, Can Someone resolve this matter

Probably not without knowing what programs, and their version numbers.

What programs?
Are they listed as Vista compatible?
Have you checked with the program vendor for necessary patches or upgrades?

Also, with those Programs; if you ran them in XP SP2 Operating System,
right-click on their setup.exe file>Properties>Compatibility Tab across the
top> Install in XP SP2 mode.
