Why Vista Ult (legal) is shown as Evaluation copy?

Why Vista Ult (legal) is shown as Evaluation copy?

The inscription is fainted so I could not see it properly

until now. To my surprise my legal copy of Vista Ult.

is show as "Windows Vista Evaluation Copy Build 6002".

Because you've got a pre-release version of Service Pack 2 installed. Once
you upgrade to the final one the evaluation notice will go away.
