Why is Windows Server 2003 SP 2 showing up on the update site??

I ran Windows Update on my 2003 standard server today and it is offering me
Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 under the High-priority updates. I called
and talked to a person in the support group that screens calls and said the
SP2 has not been released yet, that it is only in RC. I told her that it was
on the update site and she said if I wanted to inquire any further I would
have to pay, nice system - try to get an straight answer on this question and
that can't help unless I pay?

Anyone else know what is going on. This seems like the DST all over again.

Since this is listed under High-priority updates, will this download and
install for those servers that are marked to download and update
automatically? That may not be a desired result for some users.

I downloaded SP2 and installed it. It 'appears' not to be a RC from this
page http://www.microsoft.com/technet/windowsserver/sp2.mspx

Not a good idea to have a server configured to download and update
automatically. Any update needs testing first to see if it is good to go
with your system.
