why is WLM not working with My vista

i have buisness vista on an a 32 bit laptop, i install it, and load it, it
loads into system services but nothing happens nd i get rid of the task
either its like it crashes that program

brand new laptop, it came with xp, but i formatted and installed vista (they
upgraded it when it came out some kind of deal i got it free) so its a clean
formatted system, with vista business on it, ive installed all drivers etc
everything else works fine, just this problem

Hi tropicola,

Does your Sound Drivers, Microphone and Sound coming from the Speakers,
using Sound Recorder, work outside of WLM? Do you have a Web Camera? Is the
Web Camera built-in or plug into the USB Port? Are you using a Web Camera?

I am having exactly the same problem. I'm running Vista Business. Fresh
installation. tried 8.1 nothing happens. tried 8.5 nothing happens.
