why won't service pack 2 install

I have repeatedly tried to install sp2 and it gives me error code
0x8007F02B. I believe this code means there is not enough room to install
sp2,
because it says ""You do not have enough room to install this program."
The part that I don't understand is, it says i need at least 84mb and i
actually have 25gb left on my hard drive.
PLEASE HELP ME

How much space is on C drive?
Do you have at least 30 MB free space on the first primary system partition?
