Hi,
Use the system configuration utility (msconfig). Start by putting it in
diagnostic mode. If that works, more to selective startup and then disable
most everything on the startup tab. Reenable a few applications at a time
until the system will not load in normal mode, and then you will know that
the problem is isolated to the last group enabled. Restart in Safe mode and
deselect them.
