Why would desktop change at every start-up (Vista Premium)?

Hi,

Check for a desktop.ini file in your %userprofile%\desktop folder and delete
it. You may need to set folder options\view tab to see hidden and system
files.

You need to check both if them, then you should see the "Desktop.ini
files on the desktop to delete
