Why is WSUS saying an Office 2007 installation needs O-2003 SP3?

I have just brought a computer running Vista Business and Office 2007 into my
domain. WSUS 3 is showing it as needing Service Pack 3 for Office 2003.
Why? What effect will allowing it to install have?

Probably has an Office 2003 product or component in there somewhere.
We have only 35 Office 2003 suites installed but almost 400 machines that
list SP3 as needed or installed.

Project, Visio, OneNote, the list goes on...

It shouldn't hurt anything to install it.
