Versions of .NET Framework are separate - version 2 is not an upgrade to 1.0
or 1.1 - similar to needing Visual Basic runtime 1 and 2 and 3, etc
So, actually you should install .NET Framework 1.0 and 1.1 and 2.0 and 3.0
