It's too light for me concerning the window background and every pages.

I know I can adjust the light by the keyboard.

However my problem is: Every time I open a new page ( new window frame), I
have to adjust the light again! Can I setup the light, so as not to adjust
for every new windows ?

Thank you.

Martin

You right-click in an open area on the desktop and you select Personalize.

The bright light generated by Vista bothers me too. I was able to adjust
that on my laptop where the Power Options on Control Panel allowed to take
down the intensity. I don' know if you can do that.

Another thing I also do in pick softer background colors like gray, blue so
that the white background on screen displays is not always in my face
hurting my eyes.
