Wierd error message when I try to login

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help with this error message:

An internal error occured (pb_msie: SCW-CSE-1 80070002)

I get this when trying to login to my Vista Home Premium system, it will
load but either lag very badly or not allow me to do anything. Does anyone
have any advice?

Does it do this when you logon in Safe mode?

Error code 2 (8007 means the low part is a windows error code) means File
Not Found.
