Win 2000 Pro vs Windows XP

I am currently running Windows 2000 Professional SP4. Are there any
advantages to upgrading to XP and what are those advantages?

At this point I would not even bother with XP. If your hardware supports it,
I would go with vista. But if you must go with xp the advantage of that and
vista is that it is more secure than windows 2000. You will have in some
cases better application compatibility.

Thanks for your thoughts. Your reply confirms the direction my own thoughts
have gone. I think I will stay with 2000.
