Have you recently installed or changed settings for modem or router? This is
likely an issue with all Windows versions if this is the source of the
problem. I encountered same message after installing a new router, and alwso
no secure sites functioned normally, i.e. sites whose adresses begin with
"https." You may need to contact your ISP or router tech support if you're
unable to correctly configure modem and router. In my case the modem was
configured as bridge and ISP info entered in router setup which I had to
change to give routing function back to modem in modem setup. Hope this
