Be more specific. You are posting in a thread which is over a year old.
Since that time there have been changes to the version of WU that
most people use. E.g. the OP was using WUv4. You may now be using
WUv6 (e.g. as determined by the URL which ends up in your Address bar.)
Hence the diagnostics that you should use may be completely different
from the ones that were commonly used then.
In any case you can find suggestions made to users of both versions
using the web interface to newsgroups that you are using.

Hint: Although the marking system is currently not well used
