I tried download and appear error (0x80190193). what can i do to fix it error?

Troubleshooter:

In the "Problem reaching Windows Update" section, scroll down to locate and
click on the link for "Network problems are preventing connection to the
Windows Update servers. Errors 0x80072EFF and 0x80190193"
