IIS is not installed, not a web server although it is a terminal server. Are
you refering to the web client service?
BITS still will not start, same error. Windows Update now runs to the point
of opening the 'installing updates' window. Installation status has a
blinking cursor with no text, preparing for download bar is blank as well.
No sign of any progress in the download process.
With BITS down will it download anything?
