Starting in safe mode with network things are better. Network works and so IE
but I cannot open the windows update window and may services do not start.
Actually I do not exactly know wich services shoud start in safe mode with
network.
I suspect that something fails during boot that makes many services to fail
starting too.
I tried to start up the system with ntbtlog.txt and there are undreds of
drivers not loaded. The name of most of them begin with "@net". The first one
not loaded is "@nettun.inf,%isatap.displayname%;Microsoft ISATAP Adapter".
The devices windows opens showing no errors in safe mode with network but
does not open starting up normally.
