Win 2K pro not able to update

Since Adam and Eve I updated automatically. But after update KB 922582 no
update will be run. Error code: 0x80000408 -
All hints at similar errors brought no success.

Have you tried the experts in the Windows 2000 Update newsgroups?

Not yet! But if I deactivate the Antivir Guard the Windows Update will be ok.
It is not the really solution but a bypass road for the moment.

I wrote the error code wrong. It was (is) 0xc8000408. Is ist better ;-) ?
