Win 2K SP4 as a Self Extracting Cabinet

Hi All,

Can anyone please advise how I download SP4 for Win 2K and or other security
updates/programes eg. IE6.
And save tham as self extracting cabinet's to burn onto a CD Rom for
installation/backup?
