Win 7 LogOn Graphics

This is not an earth shattering issue but I thought I would ask for a
fix if there is one.

I have two Account pictures on the logon screen of my Win 7 Laptop and
three Account pictures (icons) on a Win 7 Desktop.

The left most icon (or picture) on BOTH computers has a line all around
the picture while the other pictures are normal. The icons sort of glow
all around the icon when you mouse over, so at first I thought it was
just the boundary of the icon. However, the other icons on each PC do
not display the line only the left side account icon/picture does.

Does anyone have an idea of why this is the case? The LT is Win 7 Home
Premium 32 bit and the DT is Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

Seems like an odd issue with all of the polished graphics of the Win 7
interface.
