Win 7 x64 RC: Remember Open File Explorer Windows on Reboot

In both Xp and Vista, there was a checkbox under Folder Options -->
View that allowed you to force the OS to rember the File Explorer
windows you had open before reboot or cold boot.

Win 7 RC does not have that option as far as I can tell. Is there
someplace else I should be looking? I have a set of File Explorer
windows I always have open but now can't have them opened
automatically at boot up.
