I have 2 users on our network that went to download
critical updates. Following this their Outlook 2000 stop
responding and excel and word will also stop responding if
more that 2 files are opened. On a separate machine
running the same software (Win 98 and Office 2000sb) I
went to Windowsupdate.microsoft.com. The critical update
sit gave me were for Win XP sp1 and Win 2003 server and
win 2000 server. One of the updates had uninstallation
instructions but the update for GDI+ Security update had
no instructions. How do I resolve these issues without
reinstalling windows?
