win 98 pci driver problems

I purchased a belkin f5d5000 pci card. The software requires me to insert the
win 98 cd in drive. my hp 6470z had pre installed software and came with two
cd's.
system recovery and application recovery. The 24 hr. live chat at belkin
said all helpers were busy and i sent an e-mail. only automated reply so far.
Any suggestions? Thanks,
